Complaints Procedure

How we receive, investigate, and resolve complaints.

Step 1: Submit your complaint

Email customer@vimreloxxla.world with details of the issue, relevant URL, and preferred contact method.

Step 2: Acknowledgement

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and provide a tracking reference where needed.

Step 3: Resolution

We aim to provide a substantive response within 15 business days. If additional investigation is required, we will explain timing and next steps.
